Turntablism & DMC Routines (Founding Architect)

DJ CHEESE (DJ Cheese (1986 Winner — First Scratch Routine)) is a documented founding architect and original pioneer of [DMC] DMC World Champion Turntablist Guild. Representing Miami, FL / Montreal, QC / Philadelphia, PA / Tokyo, Japan, DJ CHEESE helped shape DMC's battle wax legacy, hardware craft, and international sound system sessions.

“Six minutes. Two turntables. One mixer. From DJ Cheese, DJ Cash Money, and DJ Jazzy Jeff in the 1980s to 3-time consecutive World Champion DJ Craze, 15-year-old prodigy A-Trak, and Japan's DJ Kentaro, the DMC World Finals is the Olympic arena of turntablism.”
